The hotel's location offers excellent views of the Nur Sultan skyline during the day and night, with a nice massage and tea ceremony available. The rooms were a bit small but spacious, very clean, and exceptionally decorated with modern design. The service was usually friendly and helpful, though there was an issue with a refund. The dining experience, while limited, was good and the breakfast room was a bit cramped. Overall, the hotel is sympathetically located in Astana, embracing modern architecture.
